Rentals

The Ellerslie Curling Club has two areas available for rental. It is suitable for weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, company parties, and other special events. Our facility is located in a well treed, park-like setting with a large parking lot. If any of our rental areas looks of interest please call us at 780.988.5784 for prices and to arrange a visit.

Upstairs Lounge:
This very modern and attractive area has seating for up to 150 guests and has 400 sq. ft. dance floor. Brightly colored cushioned chairs compliment the large round and rectangular tables, each comfortably seating 8 people. An attractive bar and viewing area (looking onto the ice-area) adds to the ambience of the lounge. A handicap elevator provides easy access for those unable to use the stairs, and a large modern kitchen is available in the off-season (April-August). This is a great facility for any event requiring seating for 50-150 people. Catering is also available upon request.

Ice Area:
In the off season (April –August) this very large 12,672 sq. ft. area provides space for seating up to 550 people. A spacious lobby and kitchen add to the functionality of this area. This is a great facility for large weddings, company parties, and for many other events.

During the curling season (October-March) six sheets of ice are used for junior, senior, ladies, men’s and mixed league curling. As well, ice is available for daytime and weekend rental when not in use.
